Montana Mountain trails are some of the best around the Phoenix area. Only three minutes from our rental shop to the trail and there is plenty to see! The trail begins as you cross through a cattle ranch leading you down a path into a beautiful forrest of Saguaro cactus. Along the way up the switchbacks you'll see old ranches, a gorgeous view, possible deer sitings, coyotes and much more wildlife. This trail is unique as it takes you through the Saguaro cactus' and then eventually into the pine trees as you increase in elevation. Great picnic spots found throughout with breathtaking Arizona views! The entire trail is 29 miles long and take up to 5 hours to complete. Rest stops included.
